One address handles everything: [email protected]. There is no contact form on this site, which is deliberate. A form would collect your details, and there is no reason for this site to hold them.
The most useful messages are corrections. If a figure on a platform page is wrong, send the page, the figure and where the better number came from. Screens from your own account beat anything else, and the page gets updated with its checked date changed.
Questions about a guide are welcome too. If the answer is useful to more than one person it usually ends up in the FAQ on that platform’s page rather than only in a reply.
No contact form on purpose: nothing to fill in means nothing collected.
What this site cannot help with
Problems with your trading account. This site is not a broker and has no access to any platform’s systems. A stuck withdrawal, a failed deposit or a locked account has to go to that platform’s own support, and take the contact details from inside your account rather than from a search result. Fake support accounts are the most common route to a stolen trading account.
Money you have already lost. Nobody can recover it, and anyone who offers to for a fee is running the second half of the same scam. If a platform refuses a withdrawal, the escalation route depends on whether it is regulated at all, which each platform guide sets out.
Financial advice. What to trade, how much, or whether these products suit you are questions this site cannot answer and does not try to.
Account recovery, password resets and document problems. All of those live with the platform, not here.
Partnership and press
Platforms, affiliate managers and anyone else with a commercial question can use the same address. Two things are worth saying up front so nobody wastes a message: content on this site is not for sale, and a commercial relationship does not change what a guide says.
