Who writes this site
I write the platform guides on BinaryOptionsDesk. The work is narrow on purpose: six trading platforms, covered on the same points, with the screens in the order you meet them.
The method is not complicated. I open an account on each platform I cover, go through registration, verification, funding and a first trade, and document each step with screenshots from my own account. Where a platform is unavailable in a country, or where a regulator has published a warning about it, I say so and name the source.
What I am not is a licensed analyst, and nothing here is financial advice. I am the person who went through the process and wrote down what was there.

How a guide gets written
Every platform page follows the same order because that is the order an account is used in: sign up, verify, deposit, place a trade, withdraw. Anything that does not help with one of those steps does not belong on the page.
Numbers come from the platform's own screens wherever possible. A minimum deposit printed on a deposit page beats the same figure quoted in a review, and when the two disagree I use the screen and say which one I saw. Three figures on this site were corrected that way after the screenshots came in.
Statements about regulators come from the regulator. If a warning list entry exists, I name the authority and what the entry says, not somebody's summary of it.
Payout percentages get held against arithmetic rather than repeated. A platform advertising ninety-five percent and showing eighty-six on the terminal gets both numbers on the page, because the difference is the thing worth knowing.
What this site does not do
It does not sell signals, bots, courses or strategy files, and it does not recommend any of them. The arithmetic behind that position is on every platform page.
It does not predict prices, publish win rates or tell you what to trade. Where a strategy is mentioned it is to explain why the claim attached to it does not survive the payout maths.
It does not take deposits, hold money or operate an account on your behalf. It is a set of guides with partner links in them, and how that works is set out on the disclosure page.
It is not a substitute for reading the terms of the platform you choose. Bonus conditions, withdrawal rules and regional restrictions change, and the version on your own account screen is the one that applies to you.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, I would rather know. Send the page, the figure and where the better number came from, and I will check it against the platform and fix it. Facts on the platform pages carry the date they were checked for exactly this reason: minimum deposits, payout rates, promo codes and regulator listings all move, and a page that does not say when it was written cannot be judged.
